DJ1032 The a-side to this is absolutely funki fresh: a blend of progressive Electro and Jazz phibez over a mellow Liquid Funk flow. Capped with a non-standard, 2-layer break, Techno beats, and brass samples that sound like they're from well-worn 60s Jazz vinyls. Favorite track: LT10.

about

The first in a series of digital 12 inches on MJAZZ, keeps to the long tradition of what a proper extended 12 inch should be. This maxi-single draws on jazz funk vibes, tinged with hints of electro and delivers 2 slices of fusion.

LT10 finds a stiff funk break, trumpets, slap bass and pads blend into a mid-tempo opus. Intune evokes the spirit of mid 90's atmospheric drum and bass, think Creative Wax but slowed down, loose drums, fender Rhodes, crackles and a killer funk bass line all combine with strings and a horn section to take you on a proper musical journey.

Once again MJAZZ strive to deliver something different and challenging within the broader spectrum of drum and bass/ music.
